Based on the Theory of Motivations by Juan Antonio Pérez López, the organizational model of the octogon will be used to propose a different type of organization to those already considered by Pérez López. That is, apart from the mechanical, organic, and anthropological models; we will deal with the anthropological-supernatural model or simply a supernatural model of organization. This last model will help us to make an analysis of Christian life, using the Theory of Motivations. It is about taking a step forward in the attempt to understand the complete game of the motivations that affect human behavior when the Christian faith comes into consideration. More specifically, it is shown how supernatural motives come into play in daily decision-making to ensure a coherent development with the ultimate supernatural purpose of man.

The purpose of that work is to bring the Christian life closer to business people using categories of the latter field, and show that an entrepreneur is a person specially gifted to understand and develop in depth the Christian meaning of life and also make valuable contributions in that field. It's about understanding that, if one's company with God goes well, family, work, friendships will be more likely to go well.

We think that the Theory of Motivations can provide an essential element for the work of finding the "Aligned" in the use of artificial intelligence.
